One other benefit not mentioned is the "125" also provides increased chamber depth or case support provided by the chamber. My preference has always been for a weaker extractor vs a weaker bolt. That said, I believe that there is some room to increase the bolt dimensions within the current somewhat sloppy extension fit. If at some point it is decided to trade dimensional ID material from the extension to the bolt, consider the bolt would be gaining more than the extension would be loosing proportionally due to the extensions greater diameter. Also I would be happy to contribute to the endeavor if needed.
