It feeds every time from the mag dropping the bolt. My mistake, I installed the wrong buffer spring, so it wouldn't cycle. Switching to my 25/45 lower. It fed fine with a ASC magazine. Would not at all from a GI mag, but did fine from another plastic mag. Both the ASC and Mag-pull are blocked to 5 rounds for hunting and no problems with only 5 rounds loaded.

Next trip I'll have the spring changed out and know for sure, but see no reason it wont be just fine, with just 5 rounds.
