They have several different ACSS reticles, not just one. They are knock-offs of the combat-proven GRSC.
GRSC went around to all the optics manufacturers at SHOT and in person to companies many years ago and asked if they would put his reticle in their scopes.
They all said they weren't interested, then immediately started putting in horseshoe reticles, including ACOG, Burris, Bushnell, Leupold, Browe, and now Sig.
