My good friend gave me the hand guard as a congrats for joining the USAF so I decided to make it a build worth building. I figured a plain old stainless bull barrel would look boring. Plus it was heavy as heck. I think it dropped about a pound with the fluting. The front 1.5" was turned down to fit the MB68AR brake. Barrel is a 24" BHW. Machine work done by an acquaintance and GREAT smith Robert Snyder http://www.rwsgunsmithing.com
