What would you think of a wooden dowel and some 600 grit sandpaper to polish your boltface until the go gauge will fit.
If it takes more than a touch, the firing pin may need a few swipes.
It sounds like you are very close since factory ammo chambers and fires fine.
Your boltface might be slightly out of spec.
