You are technically correct but pragmatically wrong. The reason the left has been slowly eroding our gun rights is because they get anti gun politicians elected. Who then select anti gun judges. So they legislate things we think are unconstitutional but the leftist judges rule in favor of these laws and we continue to lose. Seems like the left has a strategy that works. Goes back to my statement that we are at war and we can win it if we use a strategy that has proven to succeed.
