The problem with this type of strategy "thinking" is to surrender to the democracy lie. Yes we can vote and yes our rights can be modified, but only by the repeal or amendment process, not by the opinion of the day movement. Because it is done that way does not justify or legitimize it.

Unfortunately, even though you think it is not justified or legitimate, the fact is that our rights can be effectively modified without going through the amendment process.

It's been done via Congressional legislation, Presidential executive order, and bureaucratic regulation.

Everyone votes and supports their candidate but disregarding the original intent of our Constitutional process is to disregard the Constitution in of itself.

True, but moot. We're back again to theory versus reality, how it's supposed to be done versus how it's actually done.

An elected official who decides to make a play on a meaning, or stack a court to subvert a law for convenience or gain is criminal and should be exposed and held accountable.

AFAIK, there is no violation of law, let alone criminal act, in appointing judges based on their political leanings. Nor is it illegal to craft legislation based on one's interpretation of the Constitution.

We as gun owners need to expose these illegal, criminal, UN-Constitutional laws...

Well, you can certainly argue the constitutionality of gun laws, but anyone who publicly claims they are illegal and criminal is sure to be dismissed as a nut case.

Playing the anti's game of up is down and night is day is a fools play.

I would never say that. Shoot, the current POTUS is a prime example. When it was to his gain, he was BFFs with the Clintons and other Democratic politicians.

Lobbyist lobbying Congress is nice euphemism for bribery.

Perhaps. But Congress makes laws, so lobbying them probably can't be avoided.
