Arguing over an obvious to some people with people who refuse to believe it is not an obvious truth is pointless. It is like the voters, "who truly believe" Hillary won the election since she won the popular vote. If the Supreme court ruled trumps presidency was invalid because he lost the popular vote, "while disregarding the electoral college" then would that make it a truth? As bj139 states, shall not be infringed means exactly what is says to many of us.
