I can’t speak for his 6.5mm version, but the Arredondo comp is the best comp I’ve used on .223 3gun rifles. A few of my friends like the surefire comps too, I think they only have a 6.8mm version though.
The Arredondo has a tad less rearward recoil absorption than some, but is very flat shooting and has 3 small ports on the top-right that take care of the 2 o’clock push. It makes it very easy to make a quick follow-up shot.
