So how in the hell do you get someone.... ANYONE from Faxon to respond?
I sent my barrel back to them on 3/29 and FedEx shows it was received by Faxon on 4/4.
I sent an email on 4/9 (silence) and again on 4/12 (nada) just asking about what will happen next and maybe an idea when I might get a replacement barrel. Not one response. I also sent an email to Faxon-Pat over at AR15.com this past weekend.
Yesterday morning I messaged them on their Facebook site.....CRICKETS AGAIN!
All I am asking for is just an update. I really am beginning to wonder if I made a bad decision and wasted my money.
