The standard $500 Olympic-grade drop-in barrels from reputable manufacturers like Lilja and Shilen. Or a barrel finished by Precision Firearms (specify Bartlein or Krieger). Krieger offers a finished 20" from their website but you would have to get it threaded yourself. Plus theirs is a heavy profile requiring a 0.936" gas block which may or may not interest you. You can take a risk with lesser known brands like 'T-Box' (never heard of them). They might be good but at the same price as an Olympic manufacturer then I am unsure what the upside of the risk would be.
If the gun is going to be supported then length and weight of barrel is not so important - Shooter's choice, bearing in mind the suppressor will make it longer by 6-8".
For a suppressed rifle I would go with whatever gas port configuration comes with the barrel and use an adjustable gas block to tune the system.
