) seems to know why the Las Vegas shooter did his indiscriminate slaughter.The YouTube shooter apparently was retaliating for company actions that pretty much wiped out her financial income.
In both cases, the shooter was able to legally buy the gun(s), and it's very unlikely the acts could've been prevented.
At least, not without resorting to draconian measures which would violate other Constitutional rights...
