Regarding sources of stones, I am under the impression that one of the reasons France and other European countries started using cement & asphalt for pavement was to keep peasants from pulling up pavement blocks to use as weapons against the gendarmes.
I also fully concur with LR1955 -- We must address the causes of violence. Lame attempts to curb by confiscating weapons and potential weapons lead only to conditions where the 2A is truly needed.
