My 24" ss barrel looks pretty good, feels the same running a patch down as any of my others.
I'm curious though, if a particular load shoots good through it, why not use that load? I've got kind of a standard load that all my 556 shoot good with, some better than others. Not too much of a big deal, I'm still hitting what I'm aiming at.
