Just got home this afternoon and the barrel was waiting for me. Thanks Faxon, after FedEx lost the barrel. At least Faxon sent it USPS.
But, it had the same issue as the previous barrel but not as bad. I was not going to send it back again so I resolved the issue. 1000 grit and cutting oil, cut the sand paper in 2"x9" rolled it to fit in chamber and rolled counter clockwise until it expanded to fit and twisted back n forth. Took about 20min. I am very satisfied with the results.
I think this is a nitride finishing flaw because it is like small pieces of sand nitride over. The chamber does not look rough once the little buggers are gone.
