No way I’m taking the brake off my Lilja or Bartlein barrels. On others I have removed flash hiders and replaced them with thread protectors.

Keep in mind, I don’t obsess over cleaning my rifles.

Just looked at mine, they are Precision Firearms brakes. Little to nothing inside. Certainly nothing I’m going to remove them for.
Knowing everthing isnt as important as knowing where to find it.
