There are people "who's hard wiring" is not normal, always has been and always will be. I was not talking about those people.

Is there any reason to conclude that none of the mass shootings were done by individuals whose "hard wiring" was abnormal?

I hope you weren't insinuating that good parenting contributes to mass shooters.

How many times must I say that I do not insinuate? If I meant that good parenting contributes to mass shooters, I would've stated it flat out.

In any case, a child with severe mental illness or not, has a better chance with good parents than neglectful ones. If you disagree, "please by all means" enlighten me.
