Yeah, good luck with the back. I've been avoiding a repair to a herniated disc successfully for about 20 years but know it's coming sooner or later. Hope all goes well.

ya know thats a good idea(if no one swipes it) not like ill bee doing a lot for the first few days.....they are going to do a artificial disk replacement,a decompression ,and posterior fusion,from l4-s1 with screws and 8"rods that run up each side and rods that run across to connect them, will be a 6-8 hour surgery.
