Just to be clear here, when you say stuck cases, do you mean you fire a single round, then attempt to pull the t-handle to expend the cartridge and its very difficult to extract?
If that is the case, i am not surprised. I have built several single shot AR's in the last year and a half, and manual extraction after firing a single shot AR can be difficult depending on a few variables.
