But a NFA Trust is a legal document (similar to a trust set up for your children or grand children) that creats a legal entity capable of owning all the fun class 3 stuff like suppressors, select fire and SBR rifles and shotguns. It eliminates the need to have the senior LEO in your county sign off on your forms and protects your family from violating the National Firearms Act in the event you become incapacitated or deceased.
