I just saw A.P. had a complete 22" CM upper with 15" mlok WITH bolt & CH all for only $649 im pretty sure they partner with BA barrels ad well. So all in all not to shabby for the price. All made under the same roof. Well. Umbrella of roofs 
Alas they are sold out by the time im home and read it of course.
