LaRue 6.5 Grendel Rifles

So the Larue Grendel and I go to the woods this weekend. My wife came through and procured a nice little cattle ranch of somewhere in the vicinity of 5000 acres for me to go traipse around on for the weekend. It’s for my Xmas gift -so I’m supposed to go home Thursday night (I’ve been working out of town since last year, or so it seems...), pack, and call the head cowboy Friday morning on my way out. I’m about to pee in my chair.

I checked the zero with eldms and it’s 1.5” high with a 1.175 inch 5 round group. That’ll do.

The only reason to check zero was that I had my family all drooling over it during THX, and of course they all wanted to play “I dare you to take off the scope”. I guess I win. And they all drooled, that wasn’t embellishment. Seriously, I had to wipe it off.
