Are billet receivers advisable for precision long range 6.5 Grendel build?

Are billet receivers (upper/lower) advisable for a good quality precision long range 6.5 Grendel build? I have no experience with this cartridge yet and would like advice if billet receivers are the way to go for a precision rifle for 600 and 1000 yard prone shooting? Or will the regular mil-spec uppers/lowers work fine? I’m a high power sling shooter and we have only used non-billet receivers which have worked fine in .556. Thanks!
