I have been running it on a .300 AAC with sub and super loads as well as supers on the Grendel.
Repeat ability is amazing . . . take a shot, take it off, put it back on, take another shot, etc and the bullets just keep going to the same point of impact.
I have shot some freakishly small groups with it. Everything I shoot is hearing safe and I have called in fox right after a taking a shot with supers.
The mounting system is awesome and the can is so light.
I would stick with the .30 cal can for the Grendel. You will gain a couple of DB's over the 6.5 model, but you will loose back pressure and it will run a little cleaner. That and you will have a built in excuse to build a .300 AAC.
