This may piss ya'all off, but many years ago I owned a Colt AR in 7.62x39 which I could never get high capacity mags to work in. Fast forward to today....... It seems no manufacture can get an AR mag in 7.62x39, 6.5 G, or 5.45x39 in a high capacity mag to work in an AR. The aluminum frame of the AR precludes using AK factory mags (proven in all calibers). The mag well of the AR precludes the radical angle of the mags needed. Looks like we are stuck with the 5 - 20 rounders guys.
