Just got back from scouting with Blade from local Feddy plant- the Valk is a different animal than the .22 Nos., but not by much.
It's the base diam. that's different. One is 6.8 based- other is 5.56 based. Bolts are not the same. Extractor groove is huge on the 22 Nos. Both use the 6.8 mags.
Performance data is iffy at this point., more input is asked for from consumers of these 2 rounds, that are ballistically similar. The consumers that actually handload for these 2-3 rounds.
the shoulder and chamber is shortened on the 22 Nos-- so a std 556 case wont chamber inside of it. Google this stuff. It's an awesome read for an entire day...
I don't think it will ever be a threat to the Grrr. Maybe short range inside 75 yds. I like my Grrr. I'll stay there. I'm happy.
