Like I said, set up a torso at 350metres and shoot at it with iron sights at night. Let us know how you went. You can't go shooting up a Las Vegas hotel like the military might do if someone engages them from a high rise building in some overseas war zone.
I am going to bow out of this thread now but I will say I think you are being very ungracious to the LVPD. My impression is that they were very brave and did the best they could, under fire.
