It takes only a few minutes to do a google map recon for hotels near the concert venues.
Booking a hotel room can easily be done in a few minutes by anyone with greater than a double-digit IQ.

But, he had that hotel room for several days and so had time to lug it all in by himself. Those hotels are so busy that the staff might not necessarily notice that the same person was making multiple trips in out out with bags.
