A bolt gun has a LOT less moving parts, so a lot less for Murphy to mess with. Bolt guns dont rattle like ARs. Bolt guns scopes are mounted much lower so their balance is better.Production bolt gun triggers are better than production AR triggers. Most bolt guns have wood stocks that go "thump" when knocked accidently against a tree, not KLANG like a AR. A nice accurate bolt gun is less costly than a accurate AR. And did I mention that if the Grendel in bolt form ever gets picked up by a major manufacture like Mosberg or CZ the Grendel cartridge is more likley to survive.
