thats what i had and sold to Whelenon it was an awesome barrel,for a button barrel. that is the difference liberty button/satern cut rifling thats it. mine was grate you can see the groups it did,i have heard nothing bad about them.loki used them when the were available. (now rifle cut only)
i havent heard erik say anything but good things on the ones put in customers rifles, as who makes them thats apparent to me. mine was the same 18.5" double fluted with a BWA brake and that barrel length is good for 1000 yards,now are you gonna get bench rest groups at that range no but its good for it and will make hits, i know this for a fact,(done it). they are a good button barrel!
and as LR said if they offer them again ,i would not hesitate to buy one after seeing how mine and others have shot
