I can tell you, first hand, what he's saying is spot on, and well worth studying. I attended one of his DM courses a few years back, and saw the examples of each issue and what it did to the shooter's performance and confidence. I was fortunate enough to be paired with one of his sniper friends from Finland. I was all ears, listening to his tips and pointers. Fortunately for me, my equipment was well prepared (I'd paid very good attention to the pre-course information). Though the oldest participant in the course, and in spite of accidentally shooting the hostage I was to "rescue", I still managed to take 3rd in the culmination exercise.
