How much stuff is too much?

Lets see.... my Grendel has backup sights, an eotech, a tactical light, a tactical forend grip, a laser and a bipod.... it now weighs a ton!!!

Have i overdone it?

Presuming you want to go on a diet....

Ditch the foregrip--you don't really need it, and there's less to snag without it.

Laser and light, if you can live with 160 lumens-- get a TLR-2s and put it on the top rail where your thumb can activate it without a tape switch. You'll need a folding front sight, but the bonus is that your laser will co-witness with your Eotech, while keeping everything minimalistic. Problem solved.

Bipod? Detach it and stow it away. Your sportin' an Eotech, so I'm guessing you're not shooting for big distance.
