as for the farthest berm..... ok, let me explain: I have five shooting options on my property; number one is the range you have seen, Its last berm is 286 meters from the tower. However diagonally on my property i can shoot 386 meters to that same last berm. Unfortunately i seldom shoot that far, mostly out of fear that my misses will go onto the neighbors and i am always a good neighbor...
my third shooting option is from the top of the hill down into the "crater" of my stock pond. this affords me only 107 meters, but is the safest setup for my Barrett. My fourth shooting option is for "fun" shooting at sticks in the pond.... and lastly, if it rains, i shoot from the porch at a target setup i have about 80 meters away....
of course shooting from the porch is loud and it pisses off the wife so i usually only do it when she is away at work on mondays (when i am off) ... ha ha !
