Don't disagree with you one bit. I've been a fanboy of the 6mm since the 90's when I read of Tubb winning the LR championship with a 243. Plus I used to read about all the benchrest guys with their 6mm's. But a 6.5 (in the form of a 260 Rem) is typically what I compete with, for right now anyway.
