I'm unsure what inputs you used for drift stats so I can't replicate your #'s. But sure, you chose a higher BC bullet in the 6.5 Grendel; try it with a 6mm Sierra 110 grain bullet (.617 BC) at 2800 fps and see what happens. Whatever the case, to each his own. My shooting games are time based so the more hits you can make within the allotted time the better, so less recoil with good ballistics helps. Plus with less recoil it's easier to spot your hits (or misses to readjust).
