A point I made at the city council meetings. I pointed out that young men ages 17-29 were responsible for most violent crime and that I thought we should outlaw them, to the very amused laughter of the assembled audience, and the consternation of he mayor who was the power behind the ordinance. Ticked him off a bit, I did!
