GS Custom’s website showed complete expansion at 1900 fps when fired into water saturated foam. http://www.gsgroup.co.za/faqexpansion.html
The minimum velocity is likely to be around 1800. With an estimated MV of 2800 fps, the effective range is 425 yards.
