Howa 20" mini action first impressions

Hornady claims 2590 out of a 24". 2465 with the 20" seemed a little low to me too. I'm curious if it will speed up with more rounds down the pipe.

I won't be back in the shop until Saturday. I'll see if I can get an accurate measurement on the lands then.
