If Howa did as promised and chambered these to SAAMI Spec, I expect Singleshotsam's post is spot on for seating length. Some bullets with a VLD profile might can be seated longer but some will be limited more by the chamber. Not a bad thing at all. matter of fact it can be a good thing.
