Perhaps I was unclear. I mean impose a dusk-to-dawn curfew everywhere, every day, not just for political demonstrations.

Most drunk driving happens at night. Think of all the lives that could be saved.

Plus, a lot of robberies, rapes, and murders happen at night. With a permanent curfew, violent crime would plummet!

Where would you put all the violators?

Mass civil disobedience everywhere would make this a no go if you tried it.
