"Dear Senator Sessions:
"Today's appeal to the Senator is prompted in large part by the September, 2014 comments by Chris Cox, 'Senator Sessions has always been a straight shooter who doesn't compromise freedoms, when it comes to our Second Amendment.'
"I'm a Member of a sport-target shooting online Forum. Our primary goal is extreme accuracy, at extended ranges. To that end, many build a shooting instrument based on the civilian semi-automatic AR-15 action.
'Not unlike other Members, I'm concerned with recent events which, again, have prompted calls for gun control. I've taken advantage of the easy-to-use NRA-ILA online 'Contact-your-legislator' form, but would appreciate your advice on other avenues to protect our 2nd Amendment, that I might share with fellow Members of our Forum. Thank you.
