It's "ectb" at 1:59, 2:44, etc., meaning "it is". "poyachely" means "they came by way of conveyance (tank)". "Pashli" is related, which is commonly used as an idiomatic form to say "we're outta here", commonly understood simply as "let's go" to outsiders. Great film with real Hind-E's, Soviet trucks, uniforms, equipment, and so forth. I saw it several times in the theater when it came out in Helsinki, since it was a joint Finn-Ukrainian project I think.
