Pointed bullets in tubular magazines do not usually work out so well. Operating pressures of the actions of the Grendel while lower than lots of rounds are still above what many lever actions are designed for though there are several that can handle the 50K PSI.
I would think some of the best possibilities are Savage 99, Winchester 88, Browning BLR all of which are use box type mags, bolt face would be another issue to over come along with 308 length actions.
The Rossi 92 would handle the pressure since it is made in 454 Casul (sp), but not sure it is long enough to contain the Grendel.
The Marlin Levermatic was chambered in 256 Win Mag and 30 Carbine and is detachable mag fed but think it would be too short to handle the Grendel.
The Marlin and Winchester 94 BigBore actions for the 375 Win, 308 Marlin and 444 are strong enough but tubular mags making for non pointed bullets, unless a spiral mag was used like in some of the older semi auto rifles had.
I have no doubt there are some gunsmiths out there that could make it work but would the effort and expense be worth it, Browning I bet could make a great little BLR hunting rifle in the Grendel if they wanted to.
