Use a buffer and spring to match your buffer tube. the major difference between carbine and Rifle gas system is the length of the gas tube. In theory the rifle length should lower the gas pressure to the carrier The ACS takes a carbine buffer tube. you might have to use a different weighted buffer than standard.
