G'Day All
Bit of a update! Took the Grendel to the early Australia Day Silhouette matches. Finally met Adamjp face to face, he's a good bloke and I got to show him the creation. Anyway as the Nationals where blown out with stupidly strong winds I thought this shoot would be a better trial. I am going to admit operator error here as my scope came loose in the second match. No doubt my mates will be ragging on me for a while about that. The bottom line is that the Grendel can take down the Rams, I only stood one so I was pretty happy. Anyone who's shot silhouette will know that the Rams can stand with hits from all manner of cartridges so the grendel performed exceptionally. Can't wait for our Howa's so we can shoot "Hunter" with them (our rules are different to the NRA). I'm intending to use it again for silhouette. Load was Fed 205M, 27grn Varget and a Nosler 140gr custom competition.
