They're starting to do most of the challenges at the North Springs range just outside of Price, Utah. I think it's about 2.5-3 hours from Ogden.
LRRPF, you still need to come to one of these things! As many heads as I've turned with my 22", I'd love to see their reaction to your 16" carbine nailing it. Their next confirmed shoot is at North Springs on April 30th. They planned this one well in advance because a few guys are coming all the way from Texas to shoot it. Distances shot will be 1000 and 1200. Registration won't open until 2 weeks before the event, and assuming it's like past events it will be limited to 20 shooters per distance. I wouldn't be surprised if they throw another challenge in before this one as well though
