If you want to know about shooting charging hogs from the ground (I dont make it a habit but this year has been interesting) (1) Remington 120 gr Coreloct 1 shot 8-10ft 120 lb hog 10 ft away comming @ me went through r ear into r sholder passing through chest and lung came out same side flank- was knocked backward and down rear feet tried to get him up but he just spun in a circle and died in 10 sec (2) 130 gr scirroco (loaded hot) 8-10 feet 1 shot 150lb class boar through snout into central chest knocking him straight backwards DRT (3) factory Hornady 123 grain a 305lb hog running @ me and grinding his teeth 1 shot 2-3 feet from barrel (I might have been backing up) bullet entered just under and medial to r eye DRT. The bullet never left the skull and the skull remained otherwise intact.
