Virginia stops honoring out-of-state concealed carry permit holders

i read this today and i see how he has reasoned this to get the media onboard as they did. i suppose there needs to be a nation wide set of criteria. i am trying to figure out what kentucky did to not get on the list he did accept. jackass,,,,,
