Residents here are treated as if they have the mental capacity of a two-year-old, even if their brains are still fully functional. Can't have things like cigarette lighters or sharp-pointed scissors. Knives of any type are also prohibited, even butter knives. The staff would probably shit bricks if a gun were brought into the facility.
