Drift, you are correct. Here in Fl, Federal buildings, Court Houses, Schools, Employers (I think can keep employees from carrying, but not having in a vehicle IIRC.) I'm not sure about Hospitals, but I don't think so. You better check. As far as business's they can ask you not to carry. You are not obligated to follow their request. However, if for some reason they find out that you are carrying and ask you to leave and you don't, you are considered an armed trespasser by the law. If you are in public and your firearm is accidentally exposed or imprinted it is not a crime. This is my understanding as best I recall. However I have slept several times since taking the class several years ago, and as you well know, my memory is sometimes suspect. Too many damned prescription drugs.
